How do I place an order?

You can place orders through our contact form, WhatsApp (+91 7018505301), or by calling us directly. We will confirm all details before processing your order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is ₹500 for regular products. For custom orders, the minimum is ₹1,500.

How long does it take to prepare orders?

Regular orders take 2-3 business days. Custom orders require 5-10 business days depending on complexity. We will give you an exact timeline when you place your order.

Do you deliver outside Panipat?

Yes! We deliver across India. Local delivery in Panipat is available same-day or next-day. For other cities, delivery takes 2-5 days depending on location.

What are the delivery charges?

Local delivery in Panipat is ₹50. For other cities, charges vary based on weight and distance, typically ₹100-300. Free delivery on orders above ₹2000 in NCR.

Products & Quality

How long do your chocolates stay fresh?

Our handmade chocolates stay fresh for 15-30 days when stored properly in a cool, dry place. We recommend consuming within 2 weeks for best taste.

Do you use preservatives?

No, we don't use artificial preservatives. Our chocolates are made with natural ingredients and stay fresh due to proper chocolate tempering and quality packaging.

Are your chocolates suitable for diabetics?

We can make sugar-free chocolates using natural sweeteners with advance notice. Please specify when ordering and consult your doctor before consumption.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes! We offer vegan chocolates made with coconut milk and other plant-based ingredients. Please specify when ordering so we can recommend suitable options.

What allergens are present in your chocolates?

Our chocolates may contain milk, nuts, soy, and gluten. We process all products in the same facility, so cross-contamination is possible. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering.

Custom Orders

Can you make chocolates with our company logo?

Absolutely! We specialize in corporate custom orders with logo imprinting, custom packaging, and bulk quantities. Minimum order of 50 pieces for logo work.

How much advance notice do you need for custom orders?

We recommend at least 1 week for simple customizations and 2-3 weeks for complex designs or large quantities. For weddings and events, please contact us 1 month in advance.

Can you match specific colors or themes?

Yes! We can match wedding colors, corporate themes, or any specific color palette. We use food-safe coloring and decorative elements to achieve your desired look.

Do you offer wedding favors?

Wedding favors are our specialty! We create beautiful individual packaging, personalized with names and dates. We offer various size options and can accommodate large guest lists.

What is the payment process for custom orders?

We require 50% advance payment to start custom orders. The remaining 50% is due before delivery. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash.

Payment & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI payments, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (for local orders). For custom orders above ₹2000, advance payment is required.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. Once production starts, cancellation may not be possible, especially for custom orders.

What if my chocolates arrive damaged?

Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace damaged items or provide a full refund. We use special packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds for damaged products or if we make an error with your order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for taste preferences.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes are possible if the order hasn't been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to change the delivery address.

Storage & Care

How should I store the chocolates?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Ideal temperature is 15-20°C. Don't refrigerate unless absolutely necessary, and if you do, bring to room temperature before eating.

What if my chocolates have white spots?

White spots (bloom) can occur due to temperature changes but don't affect safety or taste significantly. This is natural with real chocolate. Store properly to minimize blooming.

Can I freeze your chocolates?

We don't recommend freezing as it can affect texture and appearance. If you must freeze, wrap tightly and thaw gradually at room temperature.

How do I transport chocolates in hot weather?

Use an insulated bag with ice packs if traveling in hot weather. Minimize exposure to heat and consume as soon as possible. We provide special packaging for summer orders.
