Ordering and Payment

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website contact form, WhatsApp, or phone
  • Order Confirmation: We will confirm your order details and total amount before processing
  • Payment Methods: We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (subject to location)
  • Advance Payment: 50% advance payment required for custom orders above ₹2000
  • Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
  • Price Changes: Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honored at original price

  • Ingredients: We use high-quality ingredients; please inform us of any allergies
  • Shelf Life: Fresh chocolates have a shelf life of 15-30 days depending on the product

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production starts
  • Cancellation Fees: No cancellation fees if cancelled within the allowed window
  • Refund Process: Cancellation refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Emergency Situations: We will work with you on emergency cancellations

  • Product Quality: We ensure high quality but cannot control environmental factors during shipping
